We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Policy covers the personal information we collect through the online software applications that we own and operate that link to this Policy. Our websites, www.quinnadvisor.com, and any subsequent site we may create are collectively referred to as the “Sites.” Together, our online software applications, mobile application, technology services, and Sites are referred to as the “App.” When you use any of our services (“Services”), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. Defined Terms
An “Advisor” is a business customer using Hyve’s Financial Planning Software, Quinn, for providing financial planning services to Customers.
“Customer” is an individual investor who is a customer of the Advisor and has credentialed access to the Services.
“User” refers to both Customers and representatives of the Advisor who have credentialed access to the Services.
Our Collection of Personal Information
This privacy notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this privacy notice.
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register, express interest, participate in activities, or contact us. This may include:
- Names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses
- Usernames, passwords, contact preferences
- Billing addresses, Social Security number, and similar identifiers
- Payment data (via Plaid)

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals as no uniform standard exists.
